The Starter Box is an easy way to experience our heritage pork before committing to a larger freezer purchase. It contains a carefully selected assortment of our most useful and popular cuts. A typical box will contain approximately: 3 one-pound packages of ground pork, 3 one-pound packages of sausage, 2 thick pork chops, packaged together, 1 small shoulder or ham roast, approximately 3–4 pounds, 1 package of bacon, approximately 1–1½ pounds, and 1 rotating featured cut, approximately 1½–2 pounds. That is approximately 10 individual packages totaling ~15 lbs.
